WGEM-TV, the dominant #1 NBC affiliate in Quincy, Illinois, and WGEM Sports Radio, the market’s ESPN Radio affiliate, have an opportunity for a full-time Multimedia Sports Journalist/Sports Radio Host.
This is a sports person’s dream job! You’ll co-host a daily sports radio show during morning drive. You’ll also be a key contributor to our television sports content with on-air reporting on local athletes, live reports, shooting game highlights and fill-in anchoring. Fill-in play-by-play is also possible.

Experience:
Radio play-by-play skills preferred, but will train the right applicant. Photojournalism experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Must love sports. Ability to learn how to shoot live sporting events and use editing equipment.
