This role is a member of our radio broadcast team in our Jefferson City office location and is responsible for the traffic and posting process from start to finish to include:

– Creating traffic logs for each broadcast using the AdView system
– Sending logs to affiliates and posting logs on affiliate websites
– Reconciling spots against traffic logs
– Managing affidavits post broadcast

Broadcast Production

– Overseeing all elements of the broadcast audio production including billboards, game intros, branding liners, affiliate promos, highlights and creation of assigned commercial production
– Maintaining a high standard of production quality

Affiliate Relations

– Maintaining weekly affiliate communication
– Responsible for contract processing and organization
– Affiliate invoicing and payments for regular and post-season play
– Assist in writing affiliate agreements
– Affiliate website maintenance, and special projects
– Maintain and create affiliate databases
– Assist with affiliate game plans and update semi-annually, track affiliate ticket and promotional needs

Gameday Producing

– Coordinating gameday broadcasts
– Ensuring that broadcast connections from gamesite are accomplished
– Coordinating pre-recorded interviews and features as well as other audio elements needed for broadcast
– Maintaining high quality standards for all broadcasts


– 2-4 years’ experience in professional broadcast environment
– Experience with Skyview Adview/Fastplayer or similar automation software
– Extensive experience with Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software
– High School diploma required; continued education/degree in communications, broadcasting, or other applicable field preferred
– Proficiency in Word and Excel
