Carter Broadcast Group, Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri is looking for a Traffic Coordinator for their three-station group.  Our ideal candidate should possess an extremely good work ethic, be a self-starter, and be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of related traffic experience strongly preferred
2. Possess innovative problem solving and decision making skills to achieve station goals and work with sales representatives to efficiently accommodate advertisers and maintain revenue
3. Dependable and responsible and display excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
4. Possess strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products
5. Experience in Marketron preferred
6. Demonstrate ability to work under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
