The MBA, along with the Oklahoma and Kansas Broadcast Associations, is sponsoring a series of webinars designed to help you strategically prospect and eventually hire good salespeople. These are one hour sessions presented by Laurie Kahn, Founder of Media Staffing Network, Inc.,™ the first staffing company to cater exclusively to media sales and associated departments for full time placement. Since 1993, MSN offers solutions to finding local sellers in all market sizes.

Interviewing for Better Hiring

This session is a ‘must’ for anyone involved in interviewing potential employees. Learn how to better position your open jobs, how to gain the most information and most importantly, learn how to deal with those prospects who are an ideal fit but aren’t ready to make a move – the ‘Passive Candidate’. This session includes training on how to ask questions to both job seekers and the passive candidate and tips to ensure that no one breaks a law while conducting the interview.
