The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for leading the digital sales efforts to meet & exceed budgeted goals. Works collaboratively with sales management team to drive revenues and retention by providing training and direct sales expertise to Account Executives.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Responsible for leading the digital sales efforts to meet or exceed budget.
– Works with the sales management team to drive revenues and increase retention.
– Provides training and direct sales expertise to the Account Executives.
– The DSM prices and packages all sales inventory of our owned properties as well as audience extension opportunities.
– Coordinates sales materials for the Local team, which includes multi-platform packages utilizing all of KMOV’s Digital and TV assets.
– The DSM oversees relates processes: interpret audience analytics, responds to requests for proposals, negotiates and executes insertion orders, coordinates all trafficking and campaign launch, and optimizes performance and delivery.
– The DSM conducts regular training sessions for the sales staff and creates effective systems and procedures to execute sales.

– 5+ years digital sales experience
– 2+ years sales experience in a management role
– Prior broadcast sales experience a real plus.
– Proven ability to manage people and situations as a leader, an equal, and a collaborator.
– Full understanding of digital analytics, as well as content and sales applications for various digital platforms.

– This position requires a drivers license and clean driving record.
